Emiliano Giacchetti
CEO
Emiliano Giacchetti is the Chief Executive Officer of Parascript. With experience advising C-Suite and as an executive himself, he brings over 20 years of cross-industry experience in strategic and operational turnarounds, with broad knowledge in operational and entrepreneurial excellence.
Before joining Parascript, Emiliano spent 6 years at McKinsey & Company, with focus on strategy and operations. He held additional positions as Head of Operations at GLG – Gerson Lehrman Group and at a Francisco Partners portfolio company . In both cases he orchestrated and implemented successful performance transformations. Additionally, Emiliano has co-founded several companies and one growth equity fund.
Emiliano holds a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, cum laude, from the University of Rome, and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering with focus on Thermofluid Dynamics from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Igor Kil
Senior Vice President, Research & Development
Igor Kil has been working at Parascript since its founding in 1996. In his role as Senior Vice President, Research and Development, he oversees the company’s product development and engineering teams. Before assuming the Head of Research and Development position, Igor played leading roles in the development of Parascript’s core recognition technology and managed a number of Parascript projects related to address recognition. Igor’s more than 20 years of research and development expertise in the fields of pattern recognition, image processing, and artificial intelligence, have made him one of the key members of Parascript’s management and development teams.
Prior to joining Parascript, Igor worked for ParaGraph International, developing handwriting recognition technology used by Apple and Microsoft. Igor holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics.
Ted Niemann
Vice President, Finance & Administration
As the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Parascript, Ted Niemann is responsible for managing all aspects of corporate finances, accounting, and human resources. Ted brings over 20 years of financial and management expertise to Parascript. His focus has been on identifying, evaluating, selecting, and executing the right options to drive company valuation and financial success.
Prior to joining Parascript, Ted served as Chief Financial Officer at Power Tagging Technologies, a developer and manufacturer of telecommunications and telemetry equipment for the power industry. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Privacy Networks that provides enterprise-class unified messaging archive SaaS solutions.
He holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Regis University and a BA in Accounting from Chadron State College.
Dawn Wood
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Dawn Wood is Vice President of Sales at Parascript responsible for leading the development and implementation of Parascript’s sales strategy and business development intended to increase Parascript’s presence within the document automation market. Dawn has over 25 years of global sales and management experience in the IT industry.
Prior to Parascript, Dawn led and supported the North America SI relationships and partner programs at Kofax, where she was responsible for channel management and partner development. Prior to Kofax, Dawn worked for OpenText in EMEA, where she was responsible for sales, channel management, partner development, and technical support across Africa.
Ati Azemoun
Vice President, Business Development
Ati Azemoun is VP of Business Development at Parascript responsible for partner alignment, new business development, and revenue growth for all deposit automation, item processing, and payment transaction-related solutions.
Prior to joining Parascript, Ati led Sales operations and new business development at A2iA Corp. He has extensive sales management experience, delivering OEM solutions for the Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, and Government industry verticals through a variety of ISV partners, as well as bespoke services extended by BPO and reseller channels.
