Automation isn't always enough
Automatic address interpretation systems cannot always resolve sloppily or illegibly entered information. In such cases, images are sent to video coding desks for resolution, where operators read real-time sorting information while manually typing updates via keyboards, introducing potential keying errors. - Administration Module - Provides a direct interface with MS SQL Servers that store and handle user accounts, keying templates and data, databases, images, statistics and log info.
- VCS Service Module - Efficiently manages workflow, requests and the management of video coding stations throughout networked facilities, allowing administrators to globally monitor system activities, giving them full control over keying workflow.
- Keying Station - Optimizes the manual validation of unrecognizable addresses - enhancing operator scope, productivity, and accuracy. Keying Station includes several mechanisms that drive precision and productivity during manual keying and validation processes, including an easy-to-use, “error-proof” interface and optional address-interpretation hints that, together, build better keying performance, regardless of operator skill.
