Jeffrey Gilb - President and CEO
Mr. Gilb possesses over 25 years of experience in management and marketing from some of the biggest companies in the recognition industry. As president of Parascript, Gilb views each and every customer as a partner and believes that by working closely with them, Parascript creates customer-driven solutions that result in mutual long-term success.
Prior to his tenure at Parascript, Mr. Gilb served as vice president and general manager of the flats and mixed mail business unit for Siemens ElectroCom L.P. While at Recognition International (now BancTec), he managed OEM products and the marketing division. In each venture, Mr. Gilb exhibited entrepreneurial prowess in that he spearheaded new ventures that created profit centers for both companies. Prior to his work with Siemens and Recognition International, Mr. Gilb held a management position in marketing at Unisys Corporation.
He earned his MBA from Claremont Graduate School in Claremont, California and a BA from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, California.

Dr. Ilia Lossev - Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Lossev has over 28 years of research and development expertise in the fields of pattern recognition, computer vision and applying artificial intelligence technologies to real world problems. As chief technology officer at Parascript, Dr. Lossev is responsible for advanced research and development. Prior to Parascript, he worked for ParaGraph International, Silicon Graphics and Vadem.
Dr. Lossev holds a Ph.D. in Mathematical Biophysics from the Institute of Biophysics of the USSR Academy of Science. His M.S. in Mathematics is from the Moscow State University.

Dr. Alexander Filatov - Senior Vice President, Product Development and Engineering
Dr. Filatov has been with Parascript since it was founded in 1996. His 20 years of research and development expertise in the fields of pattern recognition, image processing and artificial intelligence have proven invaluable in his leadership of the product development and engineering department.
Prior to 1996, Dr. Filatov was a key member of the research and development management team at ParaGraph International, whose handwriting recognition technology is used today in the Microsoft XP Tablet PC Operating System. Dr. Filatov received his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the Moscow State Technical University and earned his masters degree in Applied Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Oil and Gas.

Brian Ball - Vice President
Mr. Ball has more than 18 years experience with high-tech firms and Internet startup companies including 5 years at Parascript. His primary responsibility at Parascript is the business development of key strategic partners. Mr. Ball provides technical consulting, product development and project management to Parascript’s newest product offerings and leads strategic development and new product concepts through collaboration with the product, marketing and engineering teams.
Prior to joining Parascript, Mr. Ball held executive positions in operations and business development for Worldres.com and MapQuest. He earned his BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Texas Tech University.

Paula Barton - Vice President of Human Resources
Ms. Barton brings more than 30 years of human resources administration and management to Parascript. She provides leadership in all aspects of human resources management as it relates to Parascript's people and people-related processes and culture on a global basis. Her areas of responsibility include attracting, engaging, rewarding and retaining top talent, policy and procedure development and implementation, performance management, compensation planning, benefit plans, and corporate compliance with appropriate legal and regulatory requirements.
Prior to joining Parascript, Ms. Barton served as vice president of human resources for Astarte, Inc., which formed the Russian-based company ParaGraph International and later spun off Parascript as its own entity. She also held the position of senior human resources representative for Storagetek, where she helped the company meet heavy recruiting requirements for highly technical personnel.

John Buck - Vice President, Business Development
With 22 years of corporate strategy and sales management experience, Mr. Buck has led new product development, created business venture opportunities and managed national sales teams. His expertise encompasses a variety of industries including: government, financial, retail, telecommunications and utilities. As vice president for business development at Parascript, Mr. Buck is responsible for augmenting business growth and leading new partner development efforts.
Prior to joining Parascript, Mr. Buck served as senior vice president of sales and corporate relationships for a joint venture company in Canada established by U.S. based Fiserv. In this position, he was responsible for international strategic alliances and the integration of business process outsourcing solutions. Other experiences include his tenure as senior vice president for corporate accounts at Fiserv, U.S, and senior sales, marketing and management positions with; National Processing Company, Recognition International and Unisys Corporation.
Mr. Buck earned his degree in Business Administration from California State University at Fullerton and has completed advanced programs in sales, management, marketing and business strategies.

Mike Fenton - Vice President, Sales and Operations
Mr. Fenton has more than 25 years of experience in the industry with a focus in banking and financial. Mr. Fenton oversees strategic development, sales, and technical support. Since joining Parascript, Mr. Fenton has increased Parascript's revenues three-fold in the banking and finance market, making the sector the company’s second highest revenue stream.
Prior to joining Parascript, Mr. Fenton held management positions in sales, marketing and business development for Unisys, NCR Corporation and Recognition International (now BancTec). His MBA is from Syracuse University and he earned his BA in Banking and Finance from the University of Rangoon, Burma.
